You won't be disappointed when you visit El Real. The food is fantastic and the service is outstanding. You need to have a piece of the tres leches cake...it's the best in Houston!

I have lived in Houston for 30+ years and am pretty picky about my Tex-Mex. I am pretty jazzed about this place. The menu had the normal Tex-Mex food items (fajitas, enchiladas, etc. , but also has a few novel items that looked good. Overall I would describe the food as fresh. Good flavors. Everything I tasted was very good. This restaurant is in an old theatre so they show old western movies on the wall, which is a nice touch (no sound . Service was good. No complaints.

Went with my husband for our anniversary. We had heard about it but never been and we were not disappointed. The restaurant looks great from the outside, and there's complimentary valet parking. Inside is very relaxing and chill. Our waitress Amber was great, and all the food tasted amazing. It's a fun place to have some margaritas and delicious Tex-Mex and relax.

My girlfriend and I are on a quest to find the best margarita in Houston. That involves alot of going out to research different bars and restaurants. This week we landed at El Real and had a good experience. The margaritas are some of the best. Very attentive service and good food too.
