El Pollo Loco - Houston

I had a fantastic first experience at the restaurant. The staff, especially the helpful ladies, were wonderful, and the bride with the tattoos was particularly kind. When a small issue arose, it was addressed promptly and with great courtesy. I hope the restaurant retains such amazing employees, as they greatly contribute to the success of your establishment!

Here's SUPER! The food is delicious and ready to eat. The staff is AMAZING, Diego and Angelica are great waiters! Definitely book an event here AGAIN. Johanna the manager always comes out to see that everything runs smoothly. Parking is in front. Can't wait to go back!!!

The food was great. Cashier had absolutely no personality or sense of humor AT ALL. What I'm a BIG turns on every business. If you want to send customers back, you simply have a friendly face and a voice in the center of your company.

First visit 4/2022. In about 15 minutes before closing to drive. You have a chicken wing meal, not on menu. I ordered 2 but only enough wings for 1 order?. The nachos were okay, but the wings were well seasoned. Good employees. Leave us coupons with the order

Went during my lunch break and got a Queso Blanco Burrito combo. The wait for the food was not long, enthough there were a couple of people ahead of me, and it was hot when it arrived. It was very tasty as well. I did ask for some salsas since their salsa bar was closed down, so it did take a couple of minutes since they were busy preparing other people's orders. All on all, it was a good experience.
