I typically choose the vegetable bowl or the vegan sofrito at this restaurant. I'm not a huge fan of tofu, but they do a great job of making it flavorful. I just wish they offered more plant-based options so I could try something different each time.

Chipotle is known for large vegan options. Get the sofritas, rice, Fajita vegetables, either beans, and all salsas. You're always kind at this point.
