Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

I will no longer be visiting this restaurant. Every time I go, I receive the same dish and have been charged three different prices. They also consistently forget my order and try to argue that they are correct. Chipotle used to be my favorite, but this restaurant is poorly managed and in need of updating their register system.

My first visit was decent, but the dishes seemed like they had been sitting out all day. The portion sizes were generous and the flavors were good, but I wish the ingredients had been fresher.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, the food is always delicious and the service is excellent. However, I encountered a small issue during my most recent visit. I ordered queso blanco with chips, but unfortunately, the cheese was not placed in the pocket as I requested and I was not charged for it. Additionally, the Zilantro calbreis in the child's meal was lacking in flavor and did not have the expected taste of lime and cilantro. Despite this, I am confident that this was just a one-time mistake and it will not deter me from returning to this establishment in the future. I simply wanted to share my experience for others to be aware.

I never write reviews. as always. but I went to this chipotle for the first time yesterday, 6 minutes before the conclusion of the time I try not to do because I know it was annoying, but yesterday was just one of these days. I was met with the most friendly staff who welcomed me as if I was his first customer of the day with a huge smile and was so welcoming and friendly. I expected at least an employment or an annoying when considering that they only try to close and it would be completely justified, but the friendliness and care he put in my meal and talk with me over my day was just so sweet. literally did not rush at all, gave good portions, did not hesitate when I asked for extra, heard without interrupting, and was only serving. the whole trajectory of my day changed. I will only come to this chipotle from now on, and someone gives the nice soul that made a strange smile, an increase!

Chipotle at 9319 Highway 6 SSte DHouston, TX 77083. If you come at 9:10pm (they close 10) there is only 1 person to wait on people. The other 4 was too busy getting ready to close. If there is an online/ call order that is done first before you (in store). Because it's more important to able to leave at 10 not stay to clean.
