Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy family and I went to dine in at the restaurant, and I noticed that the restrooms were open and clean. My elderly mother had just used the restroom upon our arrival. However, when my 5-year-old daughter needed to go, we encountered an issue. The so-called manager, Michelle, was quite rude and refused to let us use the restroom, claiming she had to close it because it was dirty at 6:45 PM. My daughter couldn't hold it any longer, and Michelle loudly told us to go somewhere else in front of other customers while we were still eating. I felt like we were denied proper service; since the dining area was open to the public, the restrooms should have been accessible as well.
As for the food, it was great! The chips were a bit salty for my taste, and I would have liked a tad more coverage, but they were fresh and delicious. The barbacoa was incredible! I’ve had it at other Chipotle locations where it had a lot of fat, but here, it was fresh and packed with meat. I also tried the new garlic steak, but it didn’t seem to taste much different from the regular steak. Overall, the staff here do a fantastic job, and I keep returning. Thank you all! I would like to mention a small issue with the cashier today. She was a tall African American woman who seemed a bit confused about the stackable color-coded indicators and ended up charging me for an item I didn’t order. However, I was able to ask for a side later, so it wasn’t a big deal. I definitely recommend this place!
Last weekend we visited this restaurant and it was horrible to begin with the girl serving the food had all her hair in her face, when they are supposed to take care that no hairs are going to fall into the food. Then the guacamole had an unpleasanttaste and when we asked the store manager if she could change it for us because the guacamole tasted ugly, the only thing shesaid was that we had to go through the whole line again to be able to change it, when we had already paid for food. she did notsolve anything, the only thing she did was go to the office and never came out. the cashier made us another bowl but until weasked if they were going to solve something or not? I don't understand how they can assign people incapable of running astore. They should take more care of customer service.
What a disappointment!!!!!!! This place needs some deep cleaning.Everything was just a mess.The food was dry and mixed with different flavors.I honestly can?t believe they haven?t shut down this restaurant do to the unsanitary items.They had 5 peopleworking so they can?t tell me the place was short of worker?s. The service was just horrible. All of them had just a badattitude.
I ordered a mixed meat burrito bowl with beef and chicken, fully topped with all the fixings. However, as the bowl was being prepared, I noticed that only a small amount of meat was added. I asked the staff to ensure the proper amount of meat was included. In the midst of this, I received a phone call and didn't notice that I was charged twice for double meat, yet received no extra meat at all. Additionally, I requested tortillas, which I was charged for but did not receive in my bag. My total came to over $20, and I didn't get what I paid for. I recommend paying close attention when ordering to avoid similar issues.
