Chick-fil-a - Houston

What can I say that's negative about Chick-fil-A? Absolutely nothing, except that we can't get it on Sundays. But that just makes it feel even more special!

I usually only use the drive-thru at this place, and they've got it organized well. The food is exactly what you'd expect, and so far, I haven't had any problems with my orders. My only complaint is the parking lot; I wish the access road to the feeder wasn't an entrance-only. It’s frustrating to have to make a whole loop back onto Greenhouse.

My three grandchildren love Chick-fil-A. I also like the new food choice selections.

I drove through the drive-thru with my family, and it was clear right away that the person taking our order wasn't in the best mood. I understand that everyone has off days, so I tried to overlook her lack of smile or enthusiasm. However, we had to repeat our order multiple times, and it still ended up being incorrect when we received it. Additionally, she didn’t ask if we wanted any sauce, which we didn’t realize until we picked up our order and saw that there was none. Despite the mistakes with the order, the food was still quite good, but the overall service was frustrating and lacking. I recommend double-checking your order and receipt before you leave.

GREAT customer service in this location! Everybody is extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed The playground for the kids was very clean!
