Chick-fil-a - Houston

"I have some suggestions for your team at Chick-fil-A. It would be great if you could have them place condiments in a separate small bag. It's concerning that many restaurants don't train their employees on proper food handling and customer order preparation. I found it unappetizing that the condiments were simply dumped on top of my fries; it made me hesitant to eat them. I can't help but wonder whether the condiments fell on the floor or if the employees' hands were unclean when they handled them. Please reconsider how meals are packaged to enhance the customer experience. Unfortunately, today’s service fell short."

This is a great Chick-fil-A. It’s really close to everything and the service has been phenomenal. It gets really busy but the service is good. I will be back for sure.

I walk over here for my lunch break and the service is quick and efficient. The dozen times ive been here ive never had an issue. im not sure who the General Manager is but they are doing a great job along with all the staff.

Another great CFA location. Service is fast and super friendly.

The best drive-thru in town with very courteous staff!
