I ordered the 30-piece meal, and I'm not sure if it was oil or something else, but the food felt overly greasy. We only managed to eat two nuggets before we ended up throwing the rest away. I went back two more times, and the food was acceptable, meeting the quality I expect from Chick-fil-A. I really hope I don't encounter the same problem with greasy oil and burnt nuggets again.
Not only is this restaurant exceptionally clean, but it also offers incredibly fast service and serves delicious, hot meals. The management is outstanding as well. When we stopped there and our vehicle broke down, even our backup battery wasn't functioning. A kind gentleman from the management team came out to assist us when we asked if someone could help jump-start our vehicle. Thank you, sir, for your wonderful support!
The experience wasn't quite a 5 out of 5. However, the service was quick and efficient. The nuggets were a bit on the older side, but they still tasted good.
We visited for dinner and were pleasantly surprised to discover that it was family night—what a great experience! Our kids had a fantastic time building a Lowe's truck. We're excited to make Tuesdays our regular family night at this Chick-fil-A from now on, if we can!
We just finished our visit to Chick-fil-A, where we ordered through the app and took advantage of curbside pickup. Almost all the curbside spots were full, but as soon as we entered our spot number in the app, the team arrived in less than a minute with our hot food. The chicken was crispy, hot, and tender. Chick-fil-A consistently provides outstanding service!
