Burger 101 - Houston

The burgers are good, but okay. I always order the Buffalo Castle and it's good. The staff is only seen twice when you order your food on the front and when you bring your food. I'm not a big fan. My favorite is the buffalo castle, I love how the cheese is melted and the frits are always well seasoned never too salty. Burgers are much better than fast food, but I can't say the best in Houston because I haven't tried the best in Houston yet. I don't like how it's always so quiet and not enough customers in there. But I like it as close to my house, just a ride away.

The burgers and chicken sandwiches are juicy and tasteful. The huge onion rings are crunchy, but bland and greasy.
