Brasserie Du Parc - Houston

Mother's Day and my thoughtful children made a reservation that I have a seafood allergy. to choose the menu. Apparently, the restaurant changed her mind and said they had left a message. children were on a high time and did not get this last minute. no try in the restaurant to host us others when I could order a steak no at 10:00 a.m. hopefully, the manager treats his own mother with respect.

The cocktails were wonderful. the escargot was in order, but I would have preferred it in the bowl with melted butter and garlic. total were the appetizers (we had 3 different,) but the portions were tiny. the deencomfit was very dry and the pommes fries were quite tasteless. the muddles were terrible. the deserts were wonderful. service was excellent. I would recommend for cocktails, appetizers and desserts.

Plusses steak fries was excellent, crab cake and brot were also. - The worst Bernaise sauce on the planet. served cold (as in straight. from the refrigerator) in a smoker with wrought, almost raw, swirling everywhere. Thankfully it was on the side. Saltless wobble soup and over salted salat. and Italian water in a French restaurant! other plusses- beautiful wine choices and very professional waitress.

I gave my reviews. that should sum it up without being forced to write an essay.

Edvin did an excellent job of keeping our food coming out at reasonable intervals and also gave us some great wine recommendations. He was extremely attentive and we will definitely be back again!
