Boston Market - Houston

So.....ugh....for the life of me I will NEVER understand how what I 'm about to write happens and it 's okay to happen. So, Boston markets main staple is what? Mashed potatoes, yams, cornbread???? No it 's chicken. So please help me make sense of how do you run out of CHICKEN?!?! And then I 'm told well yeah that happens. WHY DOES IT HAPPEN???? I can 't review what I can 't eat because you were out. This is like going to Taco Bell and they tell you we don 't have any beans , oh wait that has literally happened. If this is going to continue you should lower your prices since I drove to your establishment and wasted gas and time with nothing in return besides eh it happens. Guess what 's not going to happen again, me coming to your establishment. Eh that 's what happens when people are not treated well.

First, there hasn't been a BM near my house in a while, therefore I haven't visited a BM in 4 years. I was excited to find this one. Upon entering the store I wasn't greeted. The employees were busy talking amongst themselves.Next, the pieces of chicken were the smallest I've ever seen. I even asked, was this the 3 piece meal that's $10? As far as my sides, I wanted cream spinach and sweet potatoes. I soon found out there was an upcharge for them both. The sweet potatoes weren't whole potatoes but instead like a mashed sweet potato type mixture, loaded with brown sugar. I tried but couldn't eat it. I had to ask for my cornbread. It was nearly ice cold.I'll certainly never visit this location again. Probably never Boston Market as a whole if this is how the food is prepared now.

I have to only give 3 stars now since they have taken away all the Turkey options. My favorite item was always the Turkey carver. That being said the food is always good.

Ate here on 5/14/22. Food was good,and the manager Michelle working at that time was really nice and pleasant!! It's always nice to feel welcomed... will come back again.

Boston Market always had a wide selection of pages with your meal. Well baked chicken and you can never go wrong with their original style baked chicken. Food: 4/5
