Boston Market - Houston

I was pleasantly surprised! Since I've eaten in Boston Market, I've decided to rethink. When restaurants close that were once popular, automatically assume that the quality has gone downhill. I am pleased to report that this is not the case. Although they don't have my original order idea, they have a new article, I'm glad I tried. The chicken salad sandwich. I personally am a big fan of chicken salad sandwiches, so I went for it. The sandwich was good! The topping was fresh and the chicken itself was a good mayonnaise to chicken ratio. I have one side of potatoes with my sandwich. They were the same good potatoes I remember years ago. The service was good and the restaurant seemed to be clean overall. The outside needs some attention, but unlike that, my experience was good. You still have a drive for those who like to wear pj’s all day and do not have to interact completely with people. (I'm one of those people on the weekend!

This was my first visit to B.M. and that was a very nice experience, thanks to the manager at the service, Aldelia on the Westheimer Store in Houston, Texas. She was very attentive and the store was very clean and the food was delicious! I will definitely go back to this restaurant, which in a friendly atmosphere with all security measures in place, but not an understandable environment to eat and relax... Thanks to Aldelia and staff for a great first experience :

False advertisement much? On Instagram, there were ads stating that on 9/10/2022, they're offering 3 whole rotisserie chickens for 19.99 and please see screenshots as proof. States absolutely nothing about requiring coupons or being a rewards member, etc. Drove half an hour for this deal and was informed by female staff (appears to be hispanic manager) that we need coupons or some kind of redeem code. I showed her the ads on Instagram and mentions it states nothing about what she says. She wouldn't budge. Informs me that company would've gave me something in my email as a rewards member for this deal to be activated. And absolutely nothing can be done whatsoever. Completely wasted an hour of my time for some bogus ad. Either she's being deceptive, or marketing is. Hate fake ads that drag you in just to receive an unpleasant surprise. Well, I'm actually pretty good at that myself so here's your review.

This is like one of those places you go to get tonight 's dinner and it will never disappoint. The people are usually nice and helpful, and again, the food is pretty good, a meal for 3 feeds 4 in our household.

I just want to say that I Loved eating at Boston Market when we lived in Austin. It was one of my all time favorite places to go. We are regular visitors to Houston. We stopped to eat at Boston Market on our way out of town. Food: Could have been better. The chicken was a little dry but when the sauce is added it fixes the problem. Service: Was ok. No one had a smile on their face and it looked like the staff was just tired or bored. More smiles people. Friendliness keeps bringing the customers back. Over all: It was not what I was expecting. I guess with covid now they serve everything on to go containers. That is one thing I didn't like. Yes I will be returning back.
