Bò Né Houston

Good food. Bad service unfortunately. First the floor was disgusting—apparently they don’t own a broom I’m guessing? Chopsticks,spoons, napkins and food scattered everywhere. Silverware also looked a bit grimy, not shiny. Menus were laminated but they were wet when handed to us. Next, my family of 5, received only 3 waters. I assumed he was gonna come back with more but he never did ?. Just like another review I saw on here, they take your order, bring the food, and never come back. Never checked on us once! When my brother ordered for more sauce the waiter said “okay.” And then started laughing at us… a bit odd.

The service was super quick and the people were nice. The restaurant is very spacious and had plenty of seating. Parking was a little hard but not impossible. The food wasn't bad. We enjoyed the salad. However, the bo ne could have used some more seasoning and a little more sauce. The bread and pate was good. We ordered some to-go with us. Overall, we had better but there are other aspects that helped.

Someone recommended this place for their bò né which is their special. Me and my friend both had the combo which came with steak, sausage a meatball. The bread came out super fresh and warm, it's served with pâté and butter. You can eat it however you like but I like to put it on my bread and eat the steak eggs on the bread. Overall it was pretty good, the steak could've used more sauce maybe. I liked the meatball and the broth it came in, it was good for dipping the extra bread in. Overall was a solid experience.

First time in Houston and first time trying this dish. It was yum and probably would of been more yummy, if i didn't have my allergies. Id come back to try other dishes. They have a good selection of food.

Worst Bo Ne ever ate. Everything was so dry at least put some sauce onto the beef and have some seasoning, it was bland. Bo Ne at Viet Hoa plaza taste better and more flavorful. 2 star for good amount of pate and bread.
