That was salty. the drinks were okay. prices did not correspond to quality. the service was good.

Great ambiente. it is too loud inside when they want to come for a quick business meeting. we sat at the bar because of the humidity in the open, I couldn't even hear the other person in my party sitting next to me. We had to scream over each other constantly to have a decent talk. the service was fast, efficient and fast. I had an amazing experience with the waiting and bar staff. the only reason I gave it 3 stars because it was loud, I ordered the bibb salat, great taste, but kitchen staff put vinaiigrette on the salat when I asked and confirmed twice with the server that I did not want vinaiigrette or dressing on the salat. I will probably not return to dinner again. but the drinks were really pleasant and well prepared. ambiente 5/5Wait and bar staff 5/5Noise level for the conversation 1/5Kitchen staff 2/5- eating was ok, but the salat was not fresh. the grapes were devastated and looked like olives and not grapes. The food was a bit overpriced and average tasting, so we decided to leave and try another place in the Heights for a better experience. It turned out to be the right decision. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend BLT after our first, only, and last visit. Serving is a tough job, especially during the pandemic, but I cannot excuse someone who treats customers poorly. I hope that this was just an off night for Dulce (the name we were given when we asked, as she never introduced herself) and that she is normally a great server. In a constructive note, it would be nice if BLT had a larger selection of wines available by the glass. I am giving a +2-star rating for our first server who kindly moved us to a warmer area and because the "party" melt was tasty, even though the chicken sandwich was not good.

You want a place with a positive and young atmosphere? Come here!The drinks are marvelous, specially the Irish coffee and the draft beers... and the pancakes are one of the best we've tried. Will definitely be back again for a weekend brunch!

Myself and 3 others visited BLT for the first time last Saturday night. I was looking for a vibey place with food and decent drinks to celebrate my birthday. We arrived and were seated with no problem, but asked to move to another area of the patio with better heat. Once seated at our new table, our new server’s tone immediately changed. The rest of the night she would make snarky comments or act incredibly inconvenienced when we needed something. The majority of our group worked service jobs at some point in time and we’re always respectful and appreciative of waitstaff, so I am unsure what warranted the attitude we received. We ate our food, which is a bit overpriced and tasted average, and decided to move elsewhere in the Heights in an attempt to find a better experience. Definitely the right decision… Unfortunately, I can’t recommend BLT after our first, only and last visit. Servers have a tough job, especially during the pandemic, but I cannot give any level of grace to someone who treats patrons as pests. I really hope this was a “one-off” evening for Dulce (the name we were given when we asked, because she never introduced herself) and that she’s generally a rockstar server! Also, in a constructive tone, it would be great if BLT had a little more “by the glass” wine selection. The +2 stars are for the first server we had who graciously moved us to better heated area, and because the “party” melt was delicious although the chicken sandwich was not very good.
