Azura Lounge - Houston

I really enjoyed the staff and the wonderful atmosphere.

I made a reservation well in advance and even visited the restaurant in person to confirm our requested table for what was meant to be a special evening. However, upon our arrival, we were told that our section had been given away. The explanation provided was that the host was unaware that a special event would be taking place that night. Unfortunately, the staff did nothing to adequately address their mistake. The experience was quite unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I made a reservation days before my visit to Houston. Upon arrival, the manager greeted me and informed me that I had to purchase a bottle in order to enjoy time with my friends. He said this has been the policy all year, but I had been to this location in February and March, and that wasn't the case then. He continued to harass my party, and we eventually had to leave the booth where we had already spent over $600. Out of principle, I refused to buy a bottle, so we moved outside. When I went back in later, I saw another party seated at our former booth without having purchased a bottle. I will never spend another dime here.

To my surprise, when I got home, I saw that another group was allowed to sit at the same booth without having to purchase a bottle.
