Antojitos La Esperanza - Houston

It seems like others have had issues with the fajitas, and I have to agree. My experience was disappointing; the fajitas tasted like they were mixed with other meats, and I couldn't identify the flavors. They were overcooked and nearly burnt, leading to a terrible texture. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

I haven't tried their chicken yet, but based on the mini tacos and sopes I sampled, they clearly struggle with grilling beef fajitas. The meat I've had was either extremely tough or overcooked, lacking tenderness and flavor. I’m confident I could grill it twice as well with minimal effort.

Ordered a plate of the enchiladas potosinas! Freshly made, also accompanied by a large Jamaica drink.

Aldine has plenty of taco trucks, and if this one were to vanish, I doubt anyone would really miss it.

Great food fast service, some times it's better to call order in before arriving. Food ready in 15 mins. They do accept debit so that helps.
