Sultan - HOUNSLOW

We spent our nieces 18th birthday at the Sultan. The staff were very welcoming, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was exactly as we had heard, delicious, full of flavours and more than enough. We’re now looking forward to a nice meal for two very soon.

Came last Saturday night it was extremely busy but eventhough we didn't book we were told 25/30 mins for our table ...we waited outside along with other diners. Once we sat down one of the waiteress came took our order straight away and got our order within 15 mins. Food was amazing ,I particularly liked their aubergine salad it was very flavoursome. The restaurant was very busy and noisy, lot's of families with children, service is good I think all of the waitresses deserves medals considering how they cope with so many covers they do during Fridays and Saturdays I can't imagine cos I myself run a restaurant. Keep it up guys see you soon.

My family and I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was fantastic and our bill came to £170, which we thought was reasonable considering there were 9 of us. We enjoyed a large platter of fish starters, drinks, chips, burgers, and more. I noticed some people complaining about the prices and service, which I think is unfair. During our meal, I saw three tables leave without leaving a tip, which is disappointing.

Five adults and three children dined here. It was not a great experience. The noise level was so high that it was difficult to hear and carry on a conversation. There was a lot of echoing as well. The food was decent, but nothing exceptional. The most disappointing aspect was that they did not provide complimentary water. Having to pay for water was the final straw. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

We went for lunch and really it was bad this restaurant I used it for long time but I believe the food totally changed we ordered the Lamb shish I could not believe it will not slice with the knife that bad chewy tasteless the Bulgar was nice and the salad. When I ask the waitress she came back with answer the chef said because it’s a big slice of meat what a joke)
