Sams Chicken - HOUNSLOW

After a short wait, my double burger arrived, and it was fantastic! The flavors were intense and exquisite, and the burger was juicy and hearty. After finishing that substantial meal, I was tempted to order another identical burger; it was that good! I also want to give a shout-out to Juliya, who prepares the burgers in the kitchen. I had a pleasant chat with the manager as well. During my brief visit to Sam's in Hounslow West, I encountered some truly wonderful people. I found myself wanting to stay for lunch. I left feeling completely satisfied; my day had significantly improved after this experience. I want to express my gratitude to Mihiri and Juliya, as well as the manager and his wife, for creating such a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend this place not only for the excellent burgers and delicious food but also, and especially, for the genuine kindness of the staff. I believe that's what hospitality is all about—finding people who care about others. I enjoyed my meal and had a great time. Thank you once again! Tom

I ordered the Teufel Box via Deliveroo, and it arrived hot and on time. The burger was well-assembled and very delicious, the wings were crispy, and the fries were fluffy and piping hot. However, the price was a bit high for fast food, so I couldn't give a perfect score.

I’ve never had issues with Sam's before, but today they really went above and beyond, so I wanted to leave a review. They followed my orders perfectly, my chips were hot when they arrived, and they are one of the few takeout places that remember the filet burger should be bigger than the steak burger!
