The waiting staff knew what gluten-free could be served, although articles were not labeled gluten-free. They baked the thick chips so I could have them and the Italian Job Starter served me as a light meal. It was delicious. They also had rumors that were already gluten-free. These entries sound good, but I wasn't hungry enough to order one. The soup of the day was also gluten-free. On two mornings we had the breakfast buffet and both times I had many options.
