Smoothie King - Houma

I absolutely HATE coming to this side for a smoothie. The staff is ignorant and can hardly comprehend a thing. I wish I could give a negative ZERO. I’ll forever LOVE the TUNNEL location, especially Braydon he makes everything perfect. ️

I absolutely love the East side smoothie king!! the staff there is so nice and attentive to my needs! Also they take pride in the smoothies they make and they have been the best tasting ones! love love love it!

Today, Monday, at 1pm, our smoothies were made too strong. We had a small hulk strawberry and coffee. We added peanut butter and energy to both. Definitely not coming back during this shift again.

The Owner of this location should check on how its being ran....30+ min to get a smoothie....whats up?

This Grand Caillou location really stands out to me now is my new go to. Carlos has outstanding customer service skills that have surpassed my expectations. I usually get the chocolate slim n trim but have noticed at some locations it isn’t always consistent. After discussing this with him because he asked genuinely about my experiences, I was able to learn exactly what was put into the smoothie what I could ask for to make each visit exactly what I hope it to be.
