Mcdonald's - Houma

Went through the drive-thru and this time was exceptionally pleasant! Usually there's an attitude. This time, I was greeted with a smile and great service! The food....normal McDonald's… Even at 0515 in the morning, this crew is awesome!

Open 24 hrs which is great, BUT on weeekend DO NOT clean the shake machine until after 3 am…bad business decisions.

It could be better but i think they are working on being better ️

Food is usually subpar. Room temperature at best, and burger patties are full of burnt debris or are just overcooked. Fries are almost always cold and disgusting. Need to be thrown away. When they're hot, they're great, but after they cool down, they make me want to vomit, and I'm not exaggerating. More than once I've wasted my reward points by ordering and then waiting in one of the drive-in spaces only for no one to ever come out. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. They have no respect for Truck Drivers. The front door was unlocked only for employee (S). As I get stopped by a employee reaching his hand out in front of me. I get told dining closed to public. No respect!! I’m a truck driver with intentions to feed my son and I.
