Food is always delicious, tried oysters for the 1st time and I'm 49yrs old,they were even good.

Great service, clean and food was delicious everything came out hot and this place is following guidelines for covid. Alligator bites were tender but a bit salty calamari was excellent and sauces compliment. Very enjoyable dining in experience.

Crawfish in November! Was delicious. Big Al himself visited our table to check if we were happy with the food and service. Will definitely be back for more.

As expected, everything was awesome about Big Al 's We started going there when his only place was on the East Side... well over 20 years ago The West Side has the same quality seafood, but closer to us (we live off 311) The crawfish were seasoned perfect and were a very nice size, but the unexpected surprise was the $9.99/lb price... I had NEVER seen crawfish sell at that price before However, my daughter ordered a five pound $50 portion, and she was delighted... I wouldn 't say worth it, but it definitely did not disappoint Crabs were not in season, so instead, I ordered the oyster poboy; it was absolutely perfect... overstuffed with oysters falling out The Old Fashion I ordered with it was also perfect, which is a drink that is not easy to get right I do recommend, but highly recommend going when crawfish have dropped drastically in price! $50 for 5 pounds is just a little too much for my desire

The prices were reasonable, the wait staff on point a real down the bayou feel o and by the way the food excellent, I had the big Al platter, bring a friend to help you eat it all....
