The service and food were absolutely amazing! I haven't had a single bad meal there. The prices are just right, and I highly recommend you go and try it for yourself.

The breakfast menu is fairly limited and straightforward, not ideal for those seeking Cajun flavors. The hash browns were crispy, which was a plus. However, the food was served at room temperature rather than hot, and while it arrived quickly, the biscuits tasted a bit like they had been microwaved. I did notice that the men's urinal was a bit cramped—about six inches too tight. Additionally, I think the venue could benefit from an internet café vibe. I would love to return for breakfast and coffee to get some work done, but they don't offer Wi-Fi. It’s suitable for families, but I wouldn’t come back for a solo breakfast occasion. Also, the water didn’t taste filtered. No tips are required for the waitstaff, which is a nice touch. This is a brand-new establishment, yet it feels like it could use a bit more attention; it seems like an absentee investor is involved, or they're still recovering from the challenges posed by Hurricane Ida. I definitely recommend trying their boudin, as it’s more affordable compared to other places in Houma.

This could be the best Cajun cafe for genuine, home-style flavors that remind you of mom’s cooking. There are no overly seasoned or pretentious recipes here. The shrimp stew is absolutely amazing. The TARC staff also enhance the experience with their wonderful service.
