Pj's Neighborhood Pub - Hotchkiss

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's a charming dining spot located in the heart of Hotchkiss, an area with a rich mining history that has now transitioned to ranching. The wine selection is outstanding. They offer sushi on occasion, and Sunday nights are dedicated to Italian cuisine. Don't forget to try their amazing desserts as well!

Love PJ's! Been here about 5 times in the last few years and every time it was a different special and always top notch. I don't think I've ordered off the regular menu yet. I found it quite affordable for the quality and creativity of the dishes. Beer selection could definitely be better.
