Vaste Riviere Provisions - Hot Springs

We ordered the crab cakes, which we had been wanting to try at other restaurants on our trip. We were not disappointed - they were delicious! The restaurant also has a great selection of dry groceries and homemade frozen goods.

I didn't try any of their freshly prepared dishes this time, but I was impressed by their variety of goods. They offer a wide range of products, from local items to canned goods to frozen meats and scratch-made prepared foods. Despite the small space, they have a lot to offer and serve a variety of well-made dishes. Even their frozen options were visually appealing. The only reason I am giving them a half-star deduction is due to the lack of pricing on many items, which made me feel uncomfortable having to ask for help. However, the staff member who assisted me was very kind. Additionally, I had to ask for a receipt, which I prefer to be offered automatically. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely return to explore their offerings and try some of their delicious dishes. I recommend this store/restaurant to anyone in the area. You'll be happy you stopped by, as you may find a unique item that you have been looking for right here in this charming little shop.

Very cool restaurant and store. I had the Turkey Rueben with a Greek Salad, both were really good my wife had the Crab Cakes with Greek Salad (crabcakes were especially good).

Popped in for snacks before the hot spring bath, we were amazed by the neat selection offered here.

The food is awesome. Recommend highly. Stop in when in Hot Springs.
