Taco Express - Hot Springs

One of the best taco trucks I've been to, and I'm usually quite picky about my tacos, but these were fantastic! The carnitas had an amazing flavor and were incredibly tender, and the homemade tortillas were excellent as well. I did have to wait a little while for my order, but trust me, the wait is worth it because you get your food hot and fresh! The ladies working the truck were also very friendly.

I absolutely love the sopis here! I've tried them all, and they're all fantastic. The red salsa isn't just spicy; it has great flavor as well. I can’t wait to stop by every time I pass by!

This restaurant has amazing pastor and carne asada, just like in Southern California! Their horchata is delicious, too. I'm really grateful to have discovered this gem in this otherwise uninspired food area. If I ever find myself in Hot Springs again (which I doubt), I’ll definitely stop by!
