Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed my order through the app at around 7:50, and when I arrived at the subway, I received an email at 8:00 notifying me that my order had been canceled. I went inside to speak with the employee, who initially said my order was canceled because the store was closed when it was placed, even though they don't close until 9:00. After I mentioned that I had just ordered 5-10 minutes prior, he then claimed they were out of meatballs and rotisserie chicken, which were two items in my order. It felt like he was making excuses because he didn't want to process my order and preferred to close early.
The food is tasty, but the service is quite slow. I had to repeat my order twice, and they were a bit stingy with the toppings and condiments. I couldn't even find the chicken!
I visited the restaurant today, June 11, 2022. The service was excellent, but my sandwich was incredibly messy—almost laughable. There was a new staff member who seemed completely untrained, as she didn’t seem to know her way around the menu. When I asked how long she had been working there, I was told it had only been a couple of weeks, but it was clear she was unsure about the ingredients and how much to use on the sandwiches.
I ordered delivery to my workplace, and it arrived in a messy state with no care taken in preparing my order.
This restaurant is conveniently located inside the store, making it easy to grab a bite while shopping. I never had to wait in line during my visits. I often take advantage of the BOGO coupon because they offer such a great selection. They've brought back the Bratbeef, but they’ve altered the Veggie Patty; it’s not as delicate as it used to be, but I'm willing to give it another go. The sweet onion sauce is the best! The staff here is always friendly.
