Papa Johns - Hot Springs

Since the store has moved locations, the pizza was not the same as a nd service. Ok pizza for and price.

I was in Hot Springs today and stopped in to get two pizzas. I live in Mena and if you don't know no one here knows how to make a good pizza. Well I guess I'm going to have to go back to Ft Worth to get a good pizza. I was very shocked to know how much a small and large pizzas cost. Needless to say, I was not pleased with what I got. Brandi name on my receipt not sure she made them or not. I live 1 1/2 hrs away and I know I should have looked at them before i left. The large was was totally wrong. We are allergic to onions and mushrooms and I ordered Pepperoni. There went $30.00 in the trash. This was store #4023. Deb Banks

Ordered a pizza online and it was badly wrong. Called the store, explained the situation and was told they'd send out a replacement. Replacement arrived after an hour, and the replacement was even more screwed up than the first one. 2 Stars only because I called again and was given a refund. We'll see if I actually get it back on my card or not.

We ordered a 12oz cheesy sticks order and a pepperoni pizza. About 50 min later they came out with two small cheese pizzas and a 10oz cheesy bread. They eventually got the order correct but even then the crust was gross and looked like it had come out of the trash. Two stars is being generous.

This franchise needs to revisit their business plan. The tracker option online never gets updated, the employees do not acknowledge you when you are standing there for several minutes and the pizza was sub par. I used to enjoy Papa Johns...
