Osaka Japanese Steakhouse Sushi Bar

The service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I enjoyed my usual sushi rolls, and my wife was pleased with her beef teriyaki. However, I thought the rolls were a bit pricey for what they were. Overall, I would definitely return.

I won't be returning! The service in the kitchen was incredibly slow, so expect your order to take a long time. I should have left. I ordered a salad described on the menu as seaweed, cucumber, and carrot for $9.99, with an additional $2.00 for shrimp. What I received was a salad on a dessert-sized plate with NO seaweed. It had sliced cucumbers, a few carrots, and what appeared to be shrimp cut into four tiny pieces, along with a minuscule bit of red seaweed instead of the green seaweed I was expecting. I couldn't get the waitress's attention, so I took the plate to her and questioned whether I had received the right order since there was no seaweed. She pointed to a woman and said, "Go speak to her; she is the manager." The manager glanced at my plate and declared that it was what I ordered, then went to fetch a menu to show me. There was no discussion or apology; she simply ran off without any concern for my dissatisfaction. I usually don't complain or leave bad reviews, but this is an exception!

The service was excellent; however, we ordered chicken teriyaki and it was clearly frozen chicken from a bag. The rice was disappointing as well. I won't recommend this place and won’t be returning. On a positive note, the curly-haired young male staff member provided outstanding service!

Wonderful restaurant. the food was great, didn't do hibachi, just dipped in. what threw me away was that I asked to help get my quitting a week later and to understand it for me. her amazing service has saved me a headache!

This place is amazing. sushi here is great and also the hibachi is. I recommend you go to this place.
