Longhorn Steakhouse - Hot Springs

How did my rib eye turn into chuck roast? Ordered a 16 oz rib eye, medium. What I got set in front of me was a small over cooked piece of meat that resembled in texture and chew of the end piece of a roast. Steak didn't cut with a knife rather pulled apart at the grain! Neither the waitress nor the mgr seemed to notice there was anything odd here so didn't make an issue of it.

My family and I stopped in on our way to town and had the greatest experience! We had a waitress named Kristy. Y'all. Kristy was the most darling woman. Service was 10/10 and I only wish she worked in a town close to me. She went above and beyond for all of us and I genuinely appreciate it.

I'm vegetarian, but my family isn't. They are always accommodating and delicious. I Aldo enjoy their Moscow Mule.

We love eating at Longhorn Steakhouse! The food is always good the service too!
