In The Raw Westside - Hot Springs

This is the best vegetarian burger I have ever had! Or should I say vegan? I tried the ChicBurger, Thai eggplant soup, French fries, and more. Delicious! The hamburger buns are gluten-free and come from a bakery in Little Rock. This restaurant in Hot Springs offers fantastic local cuisine and constantly adds new items to the menu. It truly feels like a test kitchen experience with amazing food, excellent service, and unique flavors unlike anything I've ever had before.

Traveling in the south as a vegan/vegetarian can be challenging. However, I found Raw Downtown to be one of the best vegan restaurants I have come across in years! Their tasting menu offers a fantastic selection of well-dressed dishes, including smoothies and desserts. I can't praise this place enough.

Our first visit was on a Sunday, when they serve special Japanese meals. I was excited to try it and the food was delicious. The flavors were fantastic, but I wish the portions were larger since we usually only eat one meal a day. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

When the conference where I was made a lunch, I had no veggie option. it's too foot from the congress center, that's great! the atmosphere is super sweet and comfortable, and the personal friendly and helpful. but above all it was delicious!

I eat here at least 3 times a week because it's fantastic! There are other choices in Hot Springs, but I always come back to this choice because it is uniquely healthy. Plus, there are different choices every day...in addition to the regular menu.
