Colton's Steak House Grill

My husband and I have ordered several times for take out but tonight was awful. First of all, it too three calls to finally get a person on the line. We were told it so is be ready in 30 minutes. We were there in 20. It was ready but when we got home , the entire meal was completely cold. We got the sirloin tips and they were very tough and the sauteed onions were completely raw. The entire meal, other than the salad, had to be warmed up. Tonight was a very bad experience and we will definitely discuss whether we will be returning anytime soon.

With a party of 11 you don't always expect good service but I was blown away by Colton's. We had one server, JD, who was attentive , personable and met all our needs. This excellent service combined with good food makes me want to patronize this place whenever I am in Hot Springs .

I’m only in town for a few days and wanted to try something local. Food is AMAZING, prices are very reasonable and the service was phenomenal. I can’t remember our server’s name but we sat at the first booth along the wall between the bar and dining room for dinner on July 4 and again tonight and he was our server both times. He anticipated all of our needs and he made the experience the best!! This is a MUST if I’m ever back in the area or driving through. Leaving back home tomorrow so I’ll definitely stop in for lunch before I head out!

This place is a Must for Steak Lovers. Tender and Juicy and Grilled to perfection and most importantly, just the way YOU ordered it. The yeast rolls are HOT when you get them and just melt in your mouth. No Honey Butter here honey, so you’ll have to make your own (they bring some honey to your table if you ask). We had the Fried Pickles, LOVE those too. They aren’t chips or spears, they’re cut like sandwich slices and deep fried and not greasy when you get them, but still hot. The dip has a little bit of spicyness but not too much. All in all the meal was fantastic and well worth the journey. If you’re in the area or even if you’re close by, stop in, ask for Karen and she will treat you right. We were there a few weeks ago for our first time, and she remembered us from back then and even remembered our conversations. Amazing customer service. Went in for the 2 for 20 deal and it was awesome.. We just went to the burger and fries for 5.00 and again bam. It was awesome too. Keep these deals coming. Before these 2 deals we had not been to Coltons for prob at least a year.. 2 good deals and 2 times in a couple weeks.
