Papa Johns Pizza - Hoschton

Pizzas are fine, if they would have been prepared when we asked them to be ready. I'm not sure what the point of having a time for pick up option on your website is if you aren't going to go by that. Ordered the pizzas for a party to be picked up at 6. Got a text at 5:30 that they were ready. When I asked I was told they do not go by the times and make the pizzas as they are ordered. When I said so the pizzas just sit up there, she said yes but there's a heat lamp so they will still be hot. I'm not paying for old pizza sitting under a heat lamp. Remove the option to pick a time if you refuse to go by the expected times.

Great location, and it was pleasant to see this franchise location very clean.I ordered a pizza and the famous Cheese Sticks. This was a Saturday and they were super busy (a good problem). Make sure you order ahead of time, especially on the weekends.

I order a pizza and a couple of other items. Delivery guy said he left it on the front porch. Went and looked and it was not there. Call the delivery driver back and he said he would talk to his manager and see what he can do. Never got a call back, so called the store. The general manager was no help. He said I had to come in and get a new one. I cousin’s do a refund.

We always order delivery and have since this location has been open!We have NEVER waited longer than 45 minutes for our order (normally 2+ pizzas) and it’s always hot/fresh when we receive it!

Donovan went above and beyond to help us out tonight. We placed a bigger order this morning for our small church group to be delivered at 5:45pm, well the app messed up and processed it for asap. After speaking to Donovan he got it all straightened out and made sure to call me back to reassure that the order is good to go. Thank you so much for that your hard work did not go unnoticed.
