Been here times and the food is really good. The quantity is too much at times.. we ordered starter and then when rhebmains came we just could not finish it all.

We have visited Smith and Western in Horsham several times now, and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed the food! The new building is impressive and the attention to detail in the decorations is exceptional. The staff are all friendly and helpful, but we would like to give a special shoutout to Summer. She not only provided us with blankets and cushions on our first visit to ensure my pregnant fiancé was comfortable, but also went out of her way to visit our table on our last visit to meet our new baby and still made a fuss over our older daughter as well. The customer service was superb, and we are looking forward to returning!

I came into the Smith Westerns a few weekends ago and i was severed, by Greta and a few other waitress. The food was completely fine and so was the service. However, the server didn't look like she wanted to be there. Due to her not having the usual customer service attitude. She also gave me the impression that she was avoiding our table which made me and my partner feel like an inconvenience which made me feel uncomfortable.

Great all round family experience. The decor is really cool, you do feel like you are stepping in to the Wild West. There’s a lot on the menu to choose from. The food tastes great and the portions are massive! Soft drinks are refillable which is great! Our server James was superb. He was really engaging and happy! Thank you!
