Texas Roadhouse - Horseheads

Excellent as always. 16 oz sirloin Steak ordered rare, delivered rare. Chili was good. Wife had ribs, over half left to go container. The staff was very attentive, some people asked if the food was good and if we needed something that leads me to them all taking care of themselves as a team. Good place to go, used the call before sitting, written on arrival and was sitting within 5 minutes.

This was my first time to experience the Texas Roadhouse and I have to say it was excellent from start to finish. The service was top notch and the food in my opinion could not have been any better. So as not to embarrass one of the waitresses I will not mention her name but she was one of the most attractive young ladies I've noticed in a long time. Bottom line how can you go wrong with great food, great service and a beautiful waitress.

It's a great place. I ordered the fish and chips tonight, which has always been the best fish and chips I've ever had, by the way. When the fish came I was told that it wasn't up to their standards (it was under-breaded) so they sent me another order of fish promptly at no cost to me. I appreciate that they went out of their way like that, especially considering how busy it was tonight.

Loved the atmosphere, the waiters were very polite and accommodating and took the extra mile to make sure that my food would be gluten free, (ordered the chicken meal with smothered mushrooms n onions, the sauce had flour in it so they just did the mushrooms n onions without the sauce) definitely enjoyed the meal. Definitely worth going. Even the manager came to check and see if everything was right for our orders.

The wait was longer than expected and longer than they said. They kept telling us to wait outside, which was cold, if we didn't have a table. When we finally sat after 90min wait, Service and food was good. Serving staff was nice and atmosphere was cool.
