Steak 'n Shake - Horry

Very professional and courteous employees working there.

We went to the airport but only ticketed passengers can access the restaurant. Then you are stuck with a 3 dollar parking fee and nothing to eat.

The older gentleman working the front was very polite, attentive. Airport was not busy, service was very fast and accurate. Since I live in the north I don’t get steak and shake very often. Delicious.

Horrible place and rude people. Service took forever (which is usually fine with me, I’d rather wait for fresh food than get old food right away), and it came wrong and the fries were cold. Im sure the only reason they were so busy is that it was Sunday and Chick fil a was closed. Smart management would capitalize on that and provide excellent food and service so they will choose to come back, not mess up orders and be rude to patrons. The burger wasn’t bad once I received the correct one, but I did not get the advertised upgraded roll that was supposed to with the most expensive burger. The fries were cold and clearly not fresh- although I waited for a burger twice. Stay away, there are two cafes that looked nice that I wish I had tried. It was not fast food, and it wasn’t good either.

Best fries at any Steak n Shake. Cooked as you ordered. Great service. Someone mentioned a drive thru. This is in an airport terminal. No drive thru.
