Mcdonald's - Horry

Staff is extremely rude an understaffed an need some training on customer service an not sure if there is even a manager on duty. Employees seemed angry an stressed so it results in horrible customer service .

I can’t even tell you what the food is because I pull up at this location at 10:22 PM in 4/9/24. The whole place is lit up. The menus are lit up. I know from being an American and McDonald’s doesn’t close until 11 PM. However, when I pull up both speakers tell me that they’re closed so I pulled back around again. I pull up both speakers say that they’re closed I drive down the road and I’m like wait a minute let me google this it doesn’t seem seem right, so I called I’m like hey you guys are supposed to be open till 11 I pull Speaker said your clothes why do you have that early? The lady there tried to backtrack and it comes on automatically and then say she saw me pull off. I said I’m a travel nurse and I’m hungry McDonald’s is open till 11 it wasn’t even 1030. The fact that you put that speaker on early is a shame and I hope you feel good knowing that I have to go to work in a different place and I can’t even get anything to eat because you wanted to shut it down at 10:20 PM. Get her whoever she is tonight out of there, she is selfish

I have never had to wait so long just to get a flurry and two apple pies. The people there were just playing around instead of doing what t they are paid to do. The pies were cold and the McFlurry wasn’t even stirred. It’s pathetic that I had to sit and wait for 15 minutes to get cold pies and thrown together ice

Got to go from here recently and it was quite good (for mcdonalds). The person bringing it to our car was very polite too. Good experience.
