Rude! We revived our food before drinks. It was about a 20 min wait for the food. I ordered a taco and side of rice. They bring me the taco, with no rice. Then send proceeds to inform me, I didn't order enough to get rice. ??? Then we asked for a to go box right after that. And still had to ask for the drink we payed for before we left. There is a huge language barrier, that's fine. But the unwelcomness and rudeness was absolutely uncalled for!
