Wimpy - Hornchurch

We visited this restaurant two years ago and found that the food was cold. Despite this, we decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, I regretted my decision as my partner's cheeseburger was undercooked and cold. The staff were more focused on chatting and being on their phones rather than attending to customers. We were extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant. They did not even offer us a refund.

I went to wimpy hornchurch recently and it was great. The kids chicken nugget meal was so good! And the chips were so good. Our waitress had brown curly hair and glasses she was the nicest person I've ever met and was so so welcoming and lovely. Would recommend. Not sure what her name is tho. But I'm going to Wimpy again soon as the service and the food was just so amazing. Great value for money and totally recommend. Shame the sign was half fallen!

Took my son to Wimpy this evening for the first time. I remember going as a kid quite often when there were more around max We both had burger chips. Really nice. Worth the extra money (when compared to a cheaper burger chain . Good service. Very clean and my son thinks it’s better than McDonalds (in his extremely limited experience! .

Visited today as family. Staff were very friendly and Covid aware. Had the special 2 for £13. Good value and Bender in a bun

Visited Wimpy on a Saturday lunchtime. The restaurant was quite busy, but our drinks and food order was taken quickly. Overall impression was that the place was clean and tidy. Tables were cleared quickly and cleaned immediately. The food was just as I expected from a fast food chain. My only issue would be , that I would prefer a proper sausage, rather than the frankfurter .
