Whataburger - Horizon City

It was our first time trying this place since we're from the East Coast, and while it wasn't the absolute best burger we've ever had, it was definitely really good.

The new wings were not what we expected. They didn’t properly sauce the wings, and some pieces were completely dry, which was disappointing. The staff also had a poor attitude when we pointed out these issues, yet they seemed to serve things however they liked. I believe they could improve by taking more time with orders and focusing on providing better customer service.

I asked Jazmen to repeat my order, but it still came out wrong. The service was quite embarrassing.

I'm a very morning customer at this place and this morning 11/27/23 very unpleased with my order. I had the pancake platter meal, looks like the cook just thrower the meal together didn't take time to prepare the meal. Very unhappy.

I went for breakfast at 4:50 a.m., and the biscuits took 10 minutes to prepare. I ended up ordering something I didn't really want and had to wait about 15 minutes for my food, which made me almost late for work. However, I usually have good experiences at this location. Just a heads up—Whataburger can be a bit pricey.
