Pockets Billiards, Wings Beer

We had a wonderful evening outdoors as a family. The food was fantastic, and the kids couldn't get enough of the boneless wings. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

WORST pockets ever! Customer service was terrible our waitress was just sitting at the bar on her phone talking to the manager who was the rudest I’ve ever met. Every time we come here it’s filthy. Service is slow. Foods never done right. Glasses aren’t even clean. Omg I NEVER want to come to this location again. The Eastlake location should be shut down -6 stars

Moved to El Paso a few months back and found Pockets. Clean, safe environment. Great food, service and pool tables!Food: 5/5

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I been to this location about 6 times and every time I go it’s the worse experience. The food is always cold they always get the order wrong. Today I went in hoping they would get everything right because it was empty they took an 1 1/2 for food which was cold ! The cheese was cold the beef was cold the wings were dry and cold . I spoke to the manager didn’t say much said she will redo them we ask for habanero sauce she bought me buffalo sauce horrible service! Never again. I didn’t eat the food I just payed for my drinks !

Always a pleasant time here, our waiters, Gonzalo Crystal always take great care of us. Awesome atmosphere and always a great time here.
