Andy's Jamaican Oasis - Horicon

This place is a **** hole they wouldn't give me food and I was a starving child from Africa. You wouldn't understand it didn't kill your family.

I expected a Jamaican Oasis to serve Jamaican food. All they had was tacos, which were huge and very good, but deceptive naming of the establishment. Cute little stop with great vibes and a wide variety of beverages. Service was a little less than desirable (we were clearly outsiders and not very welcomed) but drinks were strong. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
