Fabrizi's Cucina Fresca - Hopwood

A wonderful and delicious find. We sung at Fabrizi last night. What a beautiful and peaceful location, although a tade is hard to find for people like us who are new in the area. So glad we didn't stop seeing! What a wonderful meal. Really enjoyed the shrimp scampi with homemade spaghetti. My husband was happy with his Cheeseburger. But the star of the show was the delicious homemade pesto that they serve with bread when you sit down. It was fantastic! The staff was cheerful and attentive. We will definitely come back!

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Great food and service at reasonable prices. Homemade sauce and noodles to die!

Stopped here after a trip to Laurel Caverns. Excellent food and amazing service. We will stop anytime we are in the area!!

WOW! If your tiredness of the frozen food cookie cutter rests, then this is the place for you!! At the bottom of the earth cozy Restauraunt, whose main stack freshly made Italian food. I have heard of this Restauraunt for years and how it is of the beaten past (what makes it a beautiful scenic setting) but shamefully wait for me as long as it try!!! The food is AMAZING made by hand pastas and their own secret sauce, best I ever had. If one of you is not in the mood for Italian (like my husband) Then try each of their 10 different flavored chicken wings, certainly better than all I had in the area and easily twice the size of Buffalo Wild Wings, wings to go or one of the other masses produced joints. They also have 4 beers on tap, an extensive selection of bottles and a full bar. I shouldn't even write this thing because I would keep it as a secret, but it wouldn't do this fine owner any justice. A must try and I will survive.

Best kept secret in the mountains! Delicious restaurant in a quiet mountain location. I always recommend visiting people from the city.
