Entrata - Hopewell

Josh and Ross are fantastic and entertaining! We've visited this restaurant many times, and last night marked our third experience at the cooking table. As expected, we were not disappointed. Our dishes were unique and not your typical offerings from the regular menu. Interestingly, another table also opted for the cooking table, and their dishes were quite different from ours. We will definitely return and order the same experience, but we’ll try something different!

Chef Marco once again created a fantastic meal for our date night, and our server Josh provided a first-class experience. This is why we keep coming back to Entrata!

The corn chowder-stuffed arancini were light, with a crispy exterior and creamy interior. The pork chop was cooked to perfection, featuring caramelized edges, and paired deliciously with fresh mozzarella. For dessert, we enjoyed the peach donuts, reminiscent of light zeppole, served alongside a lovely cream sauce and whipped cream on the side. They weren’t overly sweet, making for the perfect finish to the meal. The service was outstanding. I can't wait to come back!

I have eaten in the last weeks a fair amount of meat, so I came after some meatless options. Now, here is a place that serves good food that is delivered daily. the choice was simple for me: the mangosalat, followed by the gemüseritotto. that was a wonderful combination with my simple French rosé.

The food and service are AMAZING! We had the chicken cacciatore, the arancini and the mussels. All perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. A wonderful restaurant! Thank you!
