Tim Hortons - Hope

I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago. It was extremely crowded and noisy. The tables were not clean and there were insects like wasps and flies buzzing around inside. The staff made mistakes on my friends' orders and appeared indifferent. Several other customers also received incorrect orders that day. The only positive aspect was the picture of a goose on the wall.

The donut display cases were infested with wasps. I brought this to the cashier's attention, and they acknowledged the issue but stated they couldn't do anything about it. Additionally, there were many wasps circling the garbage bins, indicating a lack of proper cleanliness at this Tim Hortons location. Customers should be cautious.

I work at this restaurant and while some of the staff are friendly, others can be quite rude. They have a tendency to write employees up for minor infractions, such as not resetting the drive-thru timer if it is not under 40 seconds.

5- stars for service! Placed a big order recently. The line ups were long, but once served the staff behind the counter went that extra mile to make sure we were okay with the big order. They even opened another till because of the line ups.

Have you ever thought to yourself “wow, I wish I could eat the insole out of my grandpas shoe”? Well just get a hashbrown from this place and you can live that experience.Couldn’t even eat either of the breakfast sandwiches we got, as they were so stale and dry that I’m sure they were made in the Palaeolithic era so nice to be a part of history ?
