Went around 11pm and it took about 30 mins in the line for service (only about 10 cars). Extremely slow service.
Gave this place another chance out of convenience but it will be the last. People who work there are extremely rude and refuse to help you. If you ask questions or bring something they did wrong to their attention they act very offended. Just terrible customer service and the orders are always wrong. I will be driving extra miles to avoid this place.
So you really think people who can't get an order right actually deserve $10/hr, absolutely NOT. The phone number for this location is not in service, I had to call corporate to complain. Idk why I still bother coming here especially when I see their employees fixing their hair in the drive-thru window. I understand this newer generation of teens working there deserve a chance but $10/hr is way too much to pay them. The quality of the food and employees has consistently decreased. I'll go with my gut next time and spend my money at Arby's. Please everyone go a few extra miles down the road to Traemore Village location next to Harris Teeter.
Need better training and etiquette. Need to accept responsibility for poor service and not blame it on being overwhelmed by work responsibilities. Sat in double drive thru when only one vehicle was there waiting, watched 6 vehicles pull into 2nd line and receive service before me and then the suv behind me pulled into the 2nd line and received service before me. Management blamed it on having to fix drinks and take orders at the same time. Her tone made me feel that they might tamper with my food. Was also given a bogus number to complain to her boss.
