Little Caesars Pizza - Hope Mills

There is a good service but I don’t think is worth it to wait an hour an half for a Pizza.

Hot and Ready and it 's really Hot when you pick it up. Fresh toppings and soft bread.

Store doesn't look very clean actually very cluttered and dusty, employees don't care what they serve you and if point something out they could care less look at the pic of the burnt food they served me hard as brick , then my pizza was half way cut as well they are just slack!4/6 7pm

I came and spent 32$ on cold food the food was paid for said it would be a 15 minute wait I said ok as long as you can bring it to my car because I had surgery on my foot and have to use a wheelchair! She says yea no problem I park in the front I wait for 28 minutes and I grab my crutches and hop inside my food is on the counter I asked how long as it been sitting there she asked the guy he said a couple minutes I said I want new food the girl comes from the back and said he just called it we are trying! She carried the food to the car for me and walks off with out an I’m sorry have a good day kiss my butt or nothing! The food is not hot and I’m mad I ordered a most best two orders of hot wings and a cheese bread for my family and I’m disgusted with the lack of umph this place has! Who lets peoples food just sitting on the counter?

The Hope Mills location has consistently been going from bad to worse, my daughter is special needs and unfortunately enjoysLC’s, that is the only reason I keep going back. After today I had to write a review, this is only 1 of many bad experiences over the last few years, I ordered and was told it would be 25 minutes and she would bring it out, after a hour I went inside to see when ordered would be ready and was told they gave it to the wrong customer but would remake it, (the young lady working knew it was given to the wrong person but didn’t start remaking it until I came in and asked about it, she said “I thought they would bring it back, I don’t want food that another person has had). Little Caesars is now longer Cheap, or Fast, and is marginally good. Maybe if they went back to the brilliant marketing that turned the company around 15 years ago $5 hot and ready and stop adding everything to there menu and actually have Pepperoni and Cheese pizza’s ready, maybe it would eliminate 30 plus minutes off waiting.
