Hardee's - Hope Mills

It was 9 AM, and they had been open since 6 AM. I was unable to break a $100 bill so my children and I could eat. What a surprise! I reached out to management, but I didn’t receive a call back. Go figure!

The service was polite and efficient. The sourdough burger we ordered for our son looked quite impressive. Since I don’t eat fast food, I can only take his word for how it tasted.

It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. I absolutely love their lettuce, chicken, and bacon wrap!

I ordered a combo with five chicken strips and onion rings, along with a Sprite. At first, they gave me sweet tea instead of the Sprite. After pulling forward, I waited for about two minutes and received my onion rings, which were nice and hot. However, the chicken strips were barely warm when I got them on Legion Rd. I learned that you need to specifically ask for hot food! Lesson learned: always request hot food. On the bright side, the onion rings were really good!

The service was disappointing. The woman who took my order at the drive-thru was very abrupt and didn't even let me finish before moving on. When I explained that I didn’t want any sauce on my burger, she huffed and told me to move forward. When I finally received my food, the burger wasn't labeled, and I discovered it had the sauce I didn’t want. I spoke to the staff member (very politely, as I don’t believe in yelling over mistakes), but she acted as if she didn’t care about her colleague's behavior or my dining experience. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning.
