Great restaurant. 40 minutes after our reservation time for my man birthday waited and never taken place. disgustingly rude owner did not apologize or cared for. the nice bar staff said it happened all the time. we've seen three other couples. the owner gave his friends a table directly in front of all the other waiting customers who had all kept. we are native and will share our experience.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. We love going there for special occasions, and sometimes we just visit on Sundays for fun. It's definitely our favorite spot!
Artichoke restaurant completely ruined my 18th birthday and then showed a complete lack of care regarding the situation. After we had booked a reservation for 7:30 a.m. on 6/6 many days before when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. the doors were closed and the lights were switched off, numerous calls were made, but of course no answer. that's just the beginning of the story. After they tried to call them several times when they were to be open, there was no answer. Did not realised this restaurant has been relocated from the Ephraim Island to the Sanctuary Cove, we nearly lost our way to have dinner at this new location last night. Took the voucher deal to have four courses dinner here. Service was friendly and attentive. First sharing homemade focaccia was average. It did take a long time to have the entrees on the table. Presentation of dishes was good. Gnocchi is soft and matched well by the cream sauce with salami. Pork belly was prepared well with nice crackling, cauliflower puree and importantly the pickled fennel, which kick-off any greasy feeling.
