Kfc - Hope

This is the worst KFC to stop for lunch or dinner! The customer service there is awful,they are disrespectful,turning their noses up in the air. Not giving customers their correct orders and when waiting for food, they are to busy playing around. Nevergoing back there again!

The cashier at the call box wasnt paying attention and rushed us through the order and didnt get the full order. When we arrived at the window paid, and realized upon the arrival of our food that they were missing part of our order we were instructed topull back around and place another order. Once we went inside as the drive thur was full we were informed that they had to dropnew chicken strips and we'd have to wait. We spent the entire 30mins of our lunch break waiting for to be done.

I asked the infreindly manager if this was a franchise or private owned. She just looked at me and said what are you wanting. So I said well older KFC searve a Kiel breast and the newer ones sell a half breast which do you serve. The manager said I reallydo not know as walked away lol

We ordered a 8 piece meal, worse food ever. It was 7:00 pm you would have thought the product would be fresh, it was not. One piece of chicken was so hard it had to have been cooked since lunch. The rest was not much better, the shortening was old,fries were old. They did not have any wings or did not want to cook any. We will not be back !!

This store is horrible. No matter what time you go in late night or during the day. Chicken is always hard. Workers are very unprofessional. Not clean. No customer service. You practically have to go behind the counter and cook your own food. The shutthe store down before time every night! I would NOT recommend the store to anyone AT ALL!
